The hotel was clean. the staff was very friendly and polite. - the location was awesome, close to the town center, a good restaurant, shopping area, and parking garage. - We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our time there.

It is fairly clean and spacious hotel, the staff are PLEASANT and location right by the shopping area is great. The rooms are spacious and airy and they have a safe, TV, and a refrigerator. The breakfast is above average and great with enough options, has fresh food.

The rooms at Mercure Valenciennes Centre were just perfect for a karaoke-loving casino enthusiast like me. The air-conditioning and comfortable beds made it easy to relax after a long night of singing and gambling with friends. Plus, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels meant we never missed our favorite shows!

Personally, I found the minibar a bit pricey for my taste, but hey, others might appreciate the convenience.

The room amenities were excellent, with a well-stocked mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. I also loved the terrace where I could relax and take in the views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and convenience.
